Saat ini Ikea Alam Sutera sedang membuka lowongan pekerjaan untuk posisi:HR Operations Manager(Service Office/Human Resources) Fulltime - Permanent

Tugas:

  1. In collaboration with Total Rewards Manager of PT. Hero; plan, design and implement a comprehensive rewards strategy to enable fairness and equity both internally and externally. To ensure it motivates and retains the internal talents while at the same time it attracts external talents.
  2. Prepare people budget based on manpower plan & rewards strategy and manage the implementation in order to secure the operation of the business in a cost-effective way, ensures payroll are delivered accurately & consistently for all team members, provide payroll data in accurate and timely manner for payroll processing.
  3. Ensure compensation practices are comply to the Law and other HR related regulation, ensure that all HR operations processes comply with the People Policies, standard rules and meet legislative requirements.
  4. Collaborate with HRBP to socialize and educate co-workers about IKEA's compensation package, ensure data governance maintenance and ensures accuracy & confidentiality of all the People data including Talent Central & HRPRO system.
  5. Collaborate with HRBP to run employee benefit related project including recognition and engagement programs.
  6. Review and approve offer packages for new hires, promotions.
  7. Maintain all SOP HR, support logistic on office supplies and welfare facilities, clean & appropriate work space and other general housekeeping.

Profil:

  1. Strong experience of working in HR & Management role, able to communicate confidently and clearly in English
  2. Able to quickly gain and apply knowledge of the local markets, business and labor conditions, ability to create a win-win solution when handling conflict situations.
  3. Able to strike a balance between keeping a good overview and paying good attention to detail, identify need for and drive change within the unit.
  4. Good analytical and numerical skills, able to ensure integrity of HR systems, guidelines and documents.
  5. A considered decision-maker person with an ability to influence management colleagues.
